We have to stop Trump now. We cannot wait until the next election. Trump, the Republican Party, and their donors are counting on you to remain apathetic or frozen with fear. They need you to sit back in the vain hope that someone else will swoop in and stop this insanity. Do not play into their hands! Congress still has the power to hold the president in check or remove him from office, but they lack the incentive. We have to provide that incentive. Phone calls to representatives, marches, even voting will have little effect if you live in a blue district or a blue state. But cutting off the Republican Party’s funding and turning their corporate lackeys against them will force them to stand up and defend our democracy.
