Mountaire Farms (Chicken)
During the 2016 election cycle, the Mountaire Corp’s owner and Chairman, Ronald Cameron, gave a staggering $17.7 million to Republicans through various fundraising vehicles and PACs. Mountaire Farms is one of the nation’s largest chicken producers. Its retail products consist of fresh roaster chickens and pre-cut chicken parts sold under its blue-label Mountaire brand.
Mountaire also partners with supermarkets to sell its products under local grocers' brands. This means much of the pre-packaged chicken sold with only the local grocer’s label is produced by Mountaire. If the chicken you want to buy is not clearly labeled with another national brand, ask the butcher or store manager if it is produced by Mountaire.
Mountaire chicken is also sold under the Noor Al-Jabal line of Halal products and the Bo-San Asian label products.

New Balance sells athletic shoes, fitness apparel, and the RunIQ smartwatch for runners. The company also owns Warrior Sports, which provides ice hockey and lacrosse equipment.
CitizenVeto is not the first to call for a boycott of New Balance. But our boycott comes with a clear demand: Stop all contributions from the company and its executives to Republicans until they meet our demands to defend the Constitution. If the company commits publicly to meet this demand, we will end our boycott.
